Documents to buy house

For bank financing, the following documents are required:

• Copy of readable and updated IDENTIFICATION document and tax identification number
• Copy of the last IRS and its settlement note
• The last 3 due receipts
• Bank statements from the last three months
• Employer's statement (if guarantors are required, they must also bring the same documents)
• Building Booklet
• Land Registry Certificate
• Proof of address
• PROOF OF NIB
• Passport and residence permit (for persons who do not have Portuguese nationality)
